Supply and Demand

Supply is going down in a lot of towns which may point to a more balanced market.
Here are the absorption rates by town as of today September 6, 2009:

The Boston Globe reported this week that Massachusetts is poised to recover from the economic downturn sooner and faster than the nation as a whole.

they mentioned the boost was based on increasing exports and business spending that drive key industries here and supported by a sound banking system and growing labor force.
